My work is structured and intentional. We are not simply talking about feelings; we are building capacity. The first phase lasts six weeks. I guide you and support you to strengthen emotional regulation and mental fitness through concrete exercises and daily practice. We also use a specific app (the PQ app), so that I can follow your progress. From there, we work with real decisions, real conversations, and real constraints — developing clarity, perspective, and grounded judgment. The goal is not comfort alone, but strength, discernment, and the ability to move through complexity without losing yourself.
